1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DocuQuire ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DocuQuire is a document management platform designed for Canadian mortgage professionals. The Service allows mortgage brokers and agents to request, collect, organize, and submit documents related to mortgage applications.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious files or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Documents uploaded to DocuQuire are stored securely in Canadian data centers and are automatically deleted 90 days after the associated mortgage file is closed.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
DocuQuire Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
